Search Engine Optimization Internet Marketing Agreement
This agreement is hereby entered into between

1.”Steven Raker” agrees to provide Client with Search Engine Optimization and Internet Marketing (hereinafter referred to as “SEO-IM”) as described in this agreement for.
__________ State/Area $1,350.00 Down $1,350.00 Final Payment
__________ National/International $2,000 Down $2,000 Final Payment
SEO-IM Services are intended to provide the client with 1st page positioning in the Search Engine Google for the websites major keywords.
2. Client agrees to pay Steven Raker (Make check payable to Steven Raker)
$1,350.00 as a down payment for SEO-IM services and
$1,350.00 Final payment due in 60 days.
SEO-IM services provided by Steven Raker include:
· Research keywords and meta-tag phrases and make recommendations to Client as to changes that should be made by their web designer. Client acknowledges that failure to make these changes will negatively influence search engine positioning.
· Submission of Clients website to Search Engines, Directories, Blogs and Social Bookmarking sites and the creation and submission of generic articles to article publication sites for the purpose of creating back links to raise the ranking of Client's website
· Total submissions for this SEO project are 2,500+ submissions for the first payment. (A report of all sites submitted to will be supplied to Client.) Initial submissions are done over a two month period. Additional submissions will be made at the second payment.
3. Client acknowledges the following with respect to SEO-IM services:
· “Steven Raker” has no control over the policies of search engines, directories, article publication and social bookmarking sites with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Client site may be excluded from any of these at any time at the sole discretion of the site. Steven Raker has no control over ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms that may affect ranking.
